Revenge

Some of the darkest and most poisonous things in this world come from our inner most hearts, revenge is one of those things. I believe vengeance is closely tied with the word vigilante, but the only problem with that is that the responsibility of judge, jury and exocutioner falls on one person and that ammount of power can be intoxicating. When the batman went out to dispence his justice it was always fair and most would agree that he had a perfect score card as far as the bad guys getting what they deserved. This isn't the comics though and absolute power corrupts absolutly.

Election

I'm not going to apologize, retract or sugar coat this blog since this was Mr. L's prompt. Last night was a huge blow to the G.O.P. of America. Being a member of that party I myself am quite upset about the outcome for several reasons but i dont want to make this blog a book. The first is that Obama is not the man America thinks that he is. I can say that because Chicago has a history of corruption. This has affected most of our politicians from this state and it always goes into the ones from the chicago area. Seriously, think about IL history for a second. Have we ever had a decent guy in office since Lincoln? The next reason I believe Obama won this election is because he is a talker and in some cases you could compare him to a rock star. Obama has done nothing but advocate change since his campaign began changes that would benifit the majority of the people that he was talking to at the time he said it. If you were to actually look at his political history, and i mean after the terrorists, you would find nothing. he has been completely indecisive since his entry into the senate. As far as him being a rock star what other politician has his own channel on cable TV or has done spreads on Rolling Stone Magazine? My final thought for his winning is that he won the hearts of what Lin Bramer calls "the stupid block". This block consists of our nations blonds, youth, and my personal favorite from Mr. Bramer "shaved gorillas who have some how managed to aquire drivers liscences". The stupid block was in my opinion what won the election for Obama. Many people both black and white voted for him because of his race and his age and in my opion his age should have done the complete opposite. People do not look at the facts before voting they went to the polls ill informed. so may God have mercy on our souls and goodbye.

Call it what you like, we were in a fight

the title id basically defined as an ongoing fight between two classes you see that in high school allot but heres a better example i once had a friend that i was pretty close with they had taught me to play halo and i taught them how to play the guitar some. Our junior year of high school sorta changed everything they were being busy working as much as humanly possible and me dealing with personal issues we eventually drifted. after a while i realized that i was loosing someone very dear to me and tried to resolve things however they wouldnt here a word or it... thise went on for a while until i got a pretty random text message exlaing that they were having trouble with there significant other and that is why they had been so irritated with me. we eventually got it to an understanding although things aren't the same as they once were thats a part of life we must come to accept.

ok so i'm not going to lie i do not do this whole blogging thing very often except for my traveling theatre class and some facebook i deffinitly don't post blogs... ever so why dont i just start off telling you guys about me. my names joe, i am a senior in high school, a semi serious student but already accepted to concordia university chicago where i am very excited to be going next year. i am a moderate/conservative republican. a member of the LCMS, i enjoy GOOD music including the new radicals the bugles the shins and jacks mannequine. so there you go. i'll tell you more as my teacher requests.
